1. Using this website

• Provide true information in forms; do not submit another person’s number without their permission.
• Do not attempt to misuse, overload, copy or scrape this website or its tools.
• Calculators are self-help tools; you are responsible for the figures you enter and for decisions you take.

2. Courses and masterclasses

• Batch dates, timings, venue and online links are confirmed on WhatsApp or by call. SMK may reschedule a session for reasons beyond its control and will inform you in advance.
• Course fees, inclusions and any offers are as confirmed to you at the time of registration. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Course material, recordings and templates are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, resold or shared without written permission.
• Lifetime Learning Support means doubt-solving and revision support for course topics for as long as SMK runs the program; it does not include tips, calls, portfolio management or trading on your behalf.

3. WhatsApp groups and community guidelines

• Be respectful; no abusive, political or religious content.
• Do not post stock tips, buy/sell calls, “guaranteed return” schemes, referral links or advertisements.
• Never share OTPs, passwords, bank or KYC details in any group or chat.
• SMK may remove members who break these guidelines.

4. Your decisions

Every investment or trade is your own independent decision, placed by you on your own device. SMK does not operate client accounts, share passwords or trade on anyone’s behalf.

5. Liability and law

To the extent permitted by law, SMK is not liable for any trading or investment loss arising from use of this website, courses or tools. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
