सारांश: पहिल्या क्लासच्या किमान 48 तास आधी रद्द केल्यास पूर्ण फी परत. बॅच सुरू झाल्यानंतर फी परत नाही, पण 90 दिवसांत पुढील बॅचमध्ये एकदा बदल करता येतो. SMK ने बॅच रद्द केली आणि नवी तारीख जमत नसेल तर पूर्ण फी परत. परतावा 7–10 कामकाजाच्या दिवसांत मूळ पेमेंट पद्धतीने.

1. Cancellation before the course starts

If you cancel in writing (WhatsApp or email) at least 48 hours before your first class, you receive a full refund of the fee paid. Cancellations within 48 hours of the first class receive a refund after deducting 10% as an administrative charge, or you may choose a free transfer to a later batch instead.

2. After the course starts

Once your batch has started, fees are not refundable. You may transfer once to a later batch within 90 days if you are unable to continue, subject to seat availability.

3. If SMK cancels or reschedules

If SMK cancels a batch, or reschedules it to dates you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (or to the payer’s bank account if the original method is unavailable). We do not refund in cash or to a third party.

5. Not a reason for refund

Trading or investment results are not a basis for refund, because no course promises profit or income.
