Refund & Cancellation Policy
Legal entity: This website and all services described in this document are provided by MANOJ KAWADE, sole proprietor, trading as SMK ENTERPRISES (registered under GST; registered trade names: SMK ENTERPRISES, SMK FINANCIAL SERVICES and Maharashtra Consultancy Services). “SMK Stock Market Trading & Training” is a brand of SMK ENTERPRISES. Mutual fund distribution services are provided as SMK FINANCIAL SERVICES, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-262403 (ARN holder as per AMFI records: MANOJ DHONDIBA KAWADE). In this document, “SMK”, “we” and “us” mean MANOJ KAWADE trading as SMK ENTERPRISES, including the brand SMK Stock Market Trading & Training and the trade name SMK FINANCIAL SERVICES.

Demo classes, seminars and calculators that are free have no fee to refund.
1. Cooling-off period: full refund
If you cancel in writing (WhatsApp or email) within 7 days of payment, before attending your first live Sunday session, and having watched not more than 2 recorded sessions, you receive a full refund of the fee paid.
2. After the cooling-off period
Once the above conditions no longer apply, fees are not refundable. If you are unable to continue, you may pause once and restart in a later Sunday cycle within 90 days of payment, keeping your progress.
3. If SMK cannot deliver the course
If SMK discontinues the course, or cannot provide access or sessions for reasons on our side, you may choose either a transfer to another cycle or a pro-rata refund: the fee minus the proportion of the course you have already completed (for example, sessions completed out of 24). If you have not started, the refund is full.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method (or to the payer’s bank account if the original method is unavailable). We do not refund in cash or to a third party.
5. Not a reason for refund
Trading or investment results are not a basis for refund, because no course promises profit or income.
