2. Education only; no advice or recommendation
All courses on the Platform (free or paid, online or offline), slides, audio, videos, calculators, the Demo App, examples, charts and strategies are for educational purposes only. They are not a recommendation to buy / sell / invest in any share, F&O, commodity, mutual fund or other product, a "tip", personal investment advice or an assurance of returns. 3. Market risk and your own responsibility
Investment and trading in the securities market are subject to market risk; part or all of the capital may be lost. F&O (Futures & Options) is extremely risky; according to SEBI's studies, most individual F&O traders make losses. Every trading / investment decision you take, its timing, its amount and the profit or loss arising from it are entirely your own decision and your own responsibility.
4. Courses, fees and results
The format, duration, fees and discounts of courses may change from time to time; in each case, the fees and refund policy published at that time will apply. Completing a course or receiving a certificate does not guarantee any income, profit, job or success.

These services are provided by the respective registered entities under their own terms, fees, risk disclosures and documents. Before taking any product / service, you will yourself read, check and understand all of its documents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMK will not be responsible for the performance of such products, technical problems, service interruptions, or any profit / loss arising from them.
6. Staff, Agents, Associates, Franchise and references (Referral / Share Card)
Any statements, promises, tips or claims of returns made personally by SMK's employees, agents, associates, franchise, partners or any person connected with SMK for any reason, or by the person through whose reference (e.g. a Share Card / referral link in the LMS) you came to SMK, are not binding on SMK unless given in writing under SMK's authorised signature. Do not pay money in SMK's name to any person in cash or into a personal account; use only the official channels and a receipt. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMK will not be responsible for any profit / loss arising from the independent actions, advice or transactions of such persons.
7. External websites, social media and influencers
SMK will not be responsible for losses from transactions you carry out after this course under the influence of other websites, apps, social media, "tip groups", influencers or third parties.
8. Future products and services
These Terms & Conditions will apply to all of SMK's current educational products and services and to those started in the future; where a service has separate terms, those will apply in addition.
9. Limitation of liability and claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) SMK, its directors, employees and representatives will not be responsible for profit or loss in your trading / investment, lost opportunities or indirect loss, and you will not make any claim against them for it; (b) SMK's total liability for any reason, if any, will be limited to the fee you actually paid to SMK for the relevant course.
