You should know how to post a WhatsApp status, Instagram / Facebook stories, mention / tag, reshare, use WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets, and send screenshots. Shubh checks this in the interview and there is a small practical task. SMK needs a tech-savvy, smart team.
Yes. Course Partners and Telecallers get free training first. Learn first, then tell others. We recommend taking the free 5-day Foundation course before the interview.
There is no income guarantee. Freelance partners earn commission on course admissions they close and an incentive on financial product referrals; it depends on your effort. Salaried roles get their terms in writing in the offer letter.

Yes. Freelance Course Partner work can be done on your own time. Following your employer's rules is your responsibility.
